My name is Viv and I am the founder/owner of DarnTart Bakery.

 

The idea of setting up my own baking business has been floating around in my head for the last decade. I grew up in my parents' and grandparents' restaurants, surrounded by good food and good company. I have always loved cooking for and feeding people. Friends and family visiting our home are often greeted by the delicious smell of freshly baked treats that no one can resist! It's been an enjoyable side hustle up until now but after much encouragement from family and friends, I've decided to return to my roots and open my own baking and catering business.
