Covid-19 Measures and Precautions

 

 

 

We take the health and safety of our customers very seriously and have amped up our cleaning schedules to reflect the current circumstances. We are testing our team for Covid twice a week. We use anti-viral surface cleaners, steam cleaners and UV light sanitisers to triple ensure safe and sanitary conditions in our kitchen, dining and gaming areas, collection areas and delivery vehicle. Deliveries and collections are contact free.

We will arrange a half hour time slot for you in advance to allow for social distancing and cleaning between orders.

For collections, we would ask that you all please arrive and leave within your allocated time slot.

Payment in advance via PayPal or BACS is preferred but you can also pay by cash if need be.

Please have the exact amount as we do not carry any change.

Masks and gloves are worn throughout the process.

Hand sanitiser is provided throughout the premises for guest use.

The most important symptoms of COVID-19 are recent onset of any of the following:

  • a new continuous cough

  • a high temperature

  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

If you or anyone in your household are experiencing any of these symptoms, we would ask that you contact us asap to rearrange your booking.
