Decadent triple layer chocolate cake with a rich chocolate ganache icing. Can be wholly chocolate but I can also incorporate other flavours (mint, coffee, nuts, cherry, strawberry etc). The cake pictured is actually filled with a chocolate and cherry ganache. Also available as a vegan cake.
