These beautiful pastry centre pieces are perfect if you want something a little different for your special occasion. Avalalble with either one or two letters or numbers of your choice.
 
One will serve 8-10 people and two will serve 16-20 people. 
 
The layers are made up of crisp, buttery shortbread, filled with fresh cream and creme patissiere along with the fruit of your choice (dependant on availabilty). These are decorated with more fresh fruit, edible flowers, mini meringues and macarons. The flavours and colours can be adapted to your preferences too. 
 
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for these bakes.
