These are some of our favourite Pies and Tarts. All are made with our buttery, crisp pastry.

Fruit swirl tarts: Crisp pastry with a layer of fruit butter followed by a layer of almond frangipane and topped with swirled slices of seasonal fruit, all baked together and topped with pastry decorations. The picture shows our Persimmon tart but the fruit will vary seasonally. Check with us what we've got in at the moment!
 
Lemon meringue pies: Probably the house favourite. A tart but creamy lemon filling topped with clouds of torched Italian meringue. 
 
Chocolate Pecan Pie: A twist on the traditional Pecan pie with a generous portion of dark chocolate added to the aromatic Pecans. It brings a luxurious taste to the sweet nutty filling. 
 
Bakewell Tart: These are the delivery boy's absolute favourite. We make our own seasonal jam to add to the base of these tarts, add a layer of fluffy almond frangipane and then drizzle them with almond water icing.
